Ezekiel Personal Pizzas

Pizza!  It is a favorite comfort food for so many people!  I have a healthier pizza recipe that won’t undo all your hard work and progress toward your goals.

1 Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortilla
1-2 Tablespoons tomato paste or tomato sauce
1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese or combination of Mozzarella and Parmesan
Toppings of your choosing ( I like mushrooms, onions, red peppers, spinach, black olives, pepperoni or turkey sausage)

Directions:  Place tortilla on baking sheet and top with as desired.  Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serves: 1

21 Day Fix Container Equivalents:
2 yellows, 1 Blue, 1/2 to 1 Green, 1 Red (if you use meat on your pizza)
